“Swords of the Sea II” by Amanda McCorkle
“Swords of the Sea II” is a collection of four prints created from paintings on celluloid by Providence’s Amanda McCorkle. The base of the artwork has been printed on an archival 290 gsm bamboo-based printmaking paper. The three layers of the artwork containing sea creatures have been printed on clear archival film, allowing them to be layed over the base artwork.
Measures roughly 10″ wide by 5″ tall and cost $30. On sale now HERE.
Amanda has chosen the Vietnam Agent Orange Relief & Responsibility Campaign as her artwork’s charity. The Vietnam Agent Orange Relief & Responsibility Campaign works to support the Vietnamese Agent Orange survivors in their lawsuit against the U.S. chemical companies. $250 dollars from the sale of Amanda’s artwork will be donated to the organization.
“Cure” by Shepard Fairey
Created exclusively by famed artist, Shepard Fairey, for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), this impactful image is based on “War By Numbers” Print in Red. As a person with Type 1 Diabetes, this charity is close to his heart and all proceeds from the sale of these limited prints will go toward JDRF’s mission, to improve the lives of those living with the disease and finding a cure.
It is an 18″ x 24″ Screenprint, signed/numbered edition of 200, and cost $99.
