Mondo closes out the 2011 year with a pair of movie posters by Martin Ansin and Tom Whalen. 2011 was a very strong year for Mondo with fresh new ventures such as their ‘Mondo Mystery Movie’ events, to their presence at the San Diego Comic Con. In taking a look at their output for 2011, it’s clear that they are at the forefront of this burgeoning movie poster scene. Looking forward to a exciting 2012 from them.

“Dracula” is a 24″ x 36″ Screenprint with a regular (Ed of 350, $45), a metallic (Ed of 100, $85), and a wood variant (Ed of 75, $135). “Two-Gun Mickey” is a 18″ x 24″ Screenprint, numbered edition of 370, and cost $45.

  1. Horkey’s “Pan’s Labyrinth”, Stout’s “Kill Bill” and Ansin’s “The Mummy” are my favorite Mondo posters for 2011.
    “The Burning” is great too.

  2. The burning really is sweet- just hard to have on the wall all year. I’m Super excited to see the Totoro in person- I feel like that’s going to win for me!

    • I’m looking forward to my Totoro print as well! I think an underrated one was Hanuka’s “The Raven”. It looks great in person.
