Phlegm has released details on his latest epic print for 2012 titled, “Civilisation”. It is a 111 x 37cm 2-color Screenprint, signed/numbered edition of 107, and cost £100 ($157US). This will likely be his only print release for 2012!

So the 3rd movie out of 4 Oscar nominated movies that is going to get the Mondo treatment is “Bullhead” by Iron Jaiden. The first two mentioned last week is “Hugo” by Kevin Tong and “Rango” by Tom Whalen. The 4th and final movie will be unveiled later on this week.

This book presents Faile’s most complex and ambitious project to date—a large-scale, temporary installation of a temple created for Portugal Arte 10. The vanguard American urban artists masterfully translate familiar elements and themes from the contemporary prints, graphic design, and paintings for which they are best known into decorative frescoes and sculptures for a structure inspired by the ruins of a Baroque chapel.
The studio edition book is signed by Faile and comes with a ceramic “Skull/Flower” patterned tile from the temples exterior. All orders will be shipped out March 10th, 2012.
