Working in conjunction with Dark City Gallery, “Phenomena” is a 19.5″ x 27.5″ Screenprint available on regular (Ed of 175, £40) and a variant edition on metallic silver paper w/ sparkling glitter (Ed of 75, £60).

Working in conjunction with Dark City Gallery, “Deep Red” is a 19.5″ x 27.5″ Screenprint available on regular jet black paper (Ed of 145, £40) and a variant edition on black iridescent paper w/ sparkling glitter (Ed of 95, £60). Malleus does it again!

“Crazy Diamond” by Malleus

Malleus has released their copies of “Crazy Diamond”. A tribute to the late Syd Barrett of Pink Floyd. This print is part of a group show titled Dead Rockstars, opening tonight at Blunt Graffix in Eugene, OR.

It is a 50 x 70cm 4-color Screenprint with hand-finishing, signed/numbered edition of 101, and is on sale now HERE.

“Thomas Negovan” by Malleus + Art prints “Angeli” & “Demoni”

Malleus is killing it this year with this new release for Thomas Negovan, in addition to their ongoing Dario Argento movie poster series. The Thomas Negovan poster will be available in two versions, a regular green paper version (Ed of 147) or a blue metallic paper variant (Ed of 25). On sale Tuesday, January 24th at a random time HERE.

Dario Argento 9 poster set by Malleus

As previously reported, Malleus is in the works of making an epic 9-poster set based on movies by famous Italian horror movie director/writer, Dario Argento. These will be presented and released via Dark City Gallery. The first movie in line is “L’uccello dalle piume di cristallo” (aka The Bird With The Crystal Plumage). If you have been following Malleus’ blog, you would have seen a ‘behind-the-scenes’ look at the creation of this poster (with amusing setbacks) leading to this stunning final result of this instant classic Malleus.

“L’uccello dalle piume di cristallo” is a 20″ x 28″ 8-color Screenprint with an edition of 175 (£40, $62US). There is also a variant version (w/ sparkling blood) that has an edition of 70 (£60, $93US). These will be on sale Monday, January 2nd 2012 HERE.

Some really exciting news from Malleus was announced earlier today. Malleus, working in conjunction with Dark City Gallery, will be releasing 8 movie posters celebrating the key films of Italian horror master Dario Argento! This will be an officially licensed series. The first poster planned is “L’uccello dalle piume di cristallo” (aka The Bird with the Crystal Plumage). Stay tuned for updates…

For those that missed the 1st, 2nd, 3rd…chance at this elusive Malleus beauty will have possibly one last chance at getting this print for now.

“Neve” will be available through Caracol’s store website bundled with a previous 2009 Caracol poster and a 2CD combo. Looks like only 6 will be available for sale and will cost $285 CAD for the combo. On sale Thursday, December 1st at 5pm PST HERE.

***5 will be available that day for purchase, being sold one at a time with the second one being placed online the minute following purchase confirmation of the previous. The last 6th one will be sold at a later date with an increased price. Good Luck!

UPDATE

On the same time as their “Mastodon, Washington DC” release, Malleus will also release an art print version of this titled, “Spirit”. It is printed on an iridescent blue paper and a new printing process to give the print a “vintage” look. Edition of approximately 30-35. On sale Monday, November 28th sometime in the morning PST HERE.

“Neve” by Malleus

Malleus has a new art print titled “Neve” that is set for a release early this week. Its subtle and restrained beauty is highlighted this by unique paper they used. The paper changes color from white to green depending on where you look at it.

The artwork was originally designed for the CD cover for the album “Blanc Mercredi”, by the band Caracol. It is a 20″ x 28″ Screenprint and has an edition size of 50, but only 30 will be available for purchase.
