“Bed of Roses” by Marq Spusta

Marq Spusta created this “Bed of Roses” poster in commemoration of the 35th Anniversary of Cats Under The Stars originally released in April of 1978, “Bed of Roses” was inspired by the classic works of Mouse including that Cats album cover while also incorporating imagery from many aspects of Jerry Garica’s music and visual legacy.

It is a 17″ x 21″ Screenprint, signed/numbered edition of 420, and cost $35 (for the first 24 hours) and $50 after until it sells out.

New prints by Marq Spusta

Marq Spusta will be adding a whole batch of new prints sometime today (4/19) and tomorrow (4/20). A colorful new variety of mini screen prints including Spring Swing, Bliss Bug and In This Together will be made available at a random time today and if that batch sells out, more will be released Saturday.

In This Together was printed at the size of a record album (12″x12″), with vibrant inks on black rubbery paper in a signed and numbered edition of 100. A Crystalized Variant of this print may make a brief appearance in the Shop for those that happen to catch it.
On sale Friday, April 19th (and 4/20) at a random time HERE.

***Watch for a new mystery print to be posted HERE, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter over the next few days. The print will be added to the Shop shortly after the image debuts on the interwebs mentioned.

Marq Spusta will be dropping a whole bunch of new prints and gig posters in his shop today. Artist Editions of recent concert posters for Dave Matthews Band (AE of 55), Dinosaur Jr. (AE of 65) and Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros (AE of 100) will be released along with our last copies of the print, Owl Man.
On sale today Tuesday, October 16th around 12pm-ish PDT HERE.

Marq Spusta has unveiled his largest Screenprint to date titled, “The Tree & We” and it’s a beaut! It is a 23″ x 23″ 7-color Screenprint with an edition size of 150. These will be available for purchase in person tonight at Inner Nature, an exhibition featuring Marq Spusta and Brad Klausen over at Gallery 1988 in Melrose, CA.
