Pfahlert Creative Labs is releasing a full 5-print set of their excellent Wilco’s “Incredible Shrinking Tour of Chicago” Poster Series first made available in December 2011. Five dates, five different venues in Chicago, and thus 5 gig posters. These posters are 18″ x 24″ Screenprints with metallic gold inks on red paper and flocked to give it that unique raised, red-velvet texture. Very unique. Cost $1200 for the full set. $1200 Yikes! sweet set but each marked up 8x original price?
Just a note: These have been found online on ebay and other auction sites for anywhere from $ 175 – $300 for a single poster. None of which are signed by the artist, making these unique.
Its no doubt a high price tag, but things with any value usually are.
Limited edition prints will always sell for more value than they were originally, especially when they are hard to come by, and these here are hard to come by 🙂
