“I Declare War” by Jay Shaw (Mondo release)
Direct from Mondo:
Tomorrow we release Jay Shaw’s poster for the brand new Drafthouse Films release, I DECLARE WAR. In case you haven’t heard of the film, here is a synopsis:
“Armed with nothing more than twigs, their imaginations and a simple set of rules, a group of 12-year-olds engaged in a lively game of Capture the Flag in the neighborhood woods start dangerously blurring the lines between make-believe and reality.”
Jay’s art pays homage to some iconic war movie imagery, while joyfully playing with the childish innocence captured in the film.
On sale Thursday, August 29th at a random time HERE.

“The School of Rock” by NE
Odd City Entertainment is excited to announce, in partnership with Austin Film Society, a rocking limited edition screen print by the very talented NE for THE SCHOOL OF ROCK 10-Year Reunion screening with director Richard Linklater, star Jack Black, writer/co-star Mike, co-star Miranda Cosgrove and the young cast members of the movie’s “School of Rock Band” on Thursday, August 29th at the Paramount Theatre in Austin, Texas.
The artist, NE, pulled varying aspects from the film’s iconic imagery; the rock concert stage to Jack Black himself shredding on his guitar, to create screen prints that touch on the core of this cult classic film.
