You’ve probably thought of it before. I know I have. To take your cool Instagram photos that you’re so proud of and to make them into screenprints and sell them! Well Ben LaFond has done just that. Awhile back he released his first set of Instagram prints through Burlesque, and now he is set to release his 2nd batch of prints. This set contains 9 prints, each measuring 4″ x 4″, has an edition size of 20, and cost $45 includes shipping in the US / $50 international. Ken Taylors signature line-work is all over these 2 new posters slated for release tomorrow. They are for The Bon Iver and The Decemberists concerts and are 18″ x 24″ and 12″ x 36″ respectively. The Bon Iver print has an edition size of 100 and cost $35 and The Decemberists print has an edition size of 70 and cost $30. The both go on sale Wednesday, August 31st @10am PST HERE.

The talented James Jean, known for his eerie dreamscapes of oil paintings, had a book signing this weekend at his Ex Libris Mini-Exhibition @ the LACMA for his book titled “Rebus”. This book features new works, oil paintings, illustration works, as well as never-before-published pages from sketchbooks. Specs: 256 4C pgs, 12.5 x 9.5 x 1.2 in. Media: Hardbound, Foil Gilded Edges. Jam-band fanatics are in for a real treat today as Jeff Wood of Drowning Creek Studio has released a slew of new prints for various jam-bands such as The Widespread Panic, The Allman Bros Band, Umphrey’s McGee, etc. They all look great and are guaranteed to enhance whatever trip you’re on ;). Spoke Art is having group show opening on September 1st @6pm PST featuring artists: Handiedan, Charmaine Olivia, Craww and Tatiana Suarez. The show will focus on the female form, and all 4 artists will be in attendance. Last Call: Amazing works still available

Overworked? Underpayed? Dead-end job and an overbearing boss? How about living the lifestyle not unlike that of a worker drone-bee enslaved into a lifelong sentence of mental anguish. Or maybe you just missed your daily morning cup of coffee. Regardless, these astonishing set of prints by Zach Johnsen can really strike a chord with the modern day office worker. Originally released in June 6th, 2011, these two set of prints were based off of works originally done for his first international solo show titled “Acid Over Easy” at the Backwoods Gallery in Melbourne, Australia. As best described by the artist himself:

“Acid Over Easy is a world of 9 to 5ers in moments of pure revelation. It is a real estate agent confronted by spirits that just became visible. It is hidden energies that tug at the back of the neck. It is psychadelic purple drink in the water cooler. It is sudden moments of inspiration. It is the catalyst that makes time stand still for a moment. It is getting in touch with nature for the first time. It is the realization that the monotonous routines of day to day living isn’t all there is to experience.. that there is so much power within ourselves and all around us just waiting for us to notice….” -Zach Johnsen
