Flood Gallery presents: “Class of ’72”

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the music of 1972 The Flood Gallery has commissioned 8 new limited edition art pieces, inspired by the iconic albums of that year. They will also be exhibiting a set of 6 Glam Rock Portraits by Justin Hampton, based on the monumental 1972 Glam singles. Plus, Chuck Sperry, is producing a special art print based on the Apollo missions and Moon landings which came to an end in 1972 with Apollo 17.

They will be available to buy at the reception gala from 7pm on Thursday the 3rd of May. Entire sets are now available for purchase HERE and single prints (including the Sperry) will be available online the following day Friday, May 4th HERE.

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the release of Led Zeppelin IV, The Flood Gallery has brought together 8 of the top American poster artists to produce an exclusive series of 8 original poster sized prints. Each artist has selected a different song from the album and has created an art piece inspired by that track. Each print will be a strictly limited edition of up to 200 and will be signed and numbered by the artist.
