“See America – New York” by Steve Thomas
Ford Craftsman Studios is proud to announce the release of their latest limited edition screen printed poster, See America – New York.
Steve Thomas, designed this piece with the 1930’s in mind. Featured is the Chrysler Building, whose construction was completed in 1930 making it the jewel of New York and the tallest building in the world for 11 short months, being overtaken by the Empire State Building. Passing nearby is the Douglas DC-3, which revolutionized travel in the 1930’s making it possible to see America and beyond.
The print measures 18 inches wide by 24 inches tall. It was screen printed in Oregon with seven colors including metallic silver, highlighting the stainless steel “crown” that sits atop this Art Deco masterpiece and polished aluminum skin of the DC-3. Edition size is 100 signed and numbered pieces priced at $40 each. These are available in hand-finished quarter-sawn white oak frames with anti-glare glass and hanging slots in the back for $150.

“HELP” by Steve Thomas
Dark Hall Mansion, working with Apple Corps Ltd and Bravado International, their North American licensing agent, will release their new 4-print Beatles limited edition screen print on May 23, 2014. Artist Steve Thomas has referenced various iconic 1965 Beatles touchstones for his “HELP” set-the classic ski slope photo stills of the Beatles during the filming of “HELP,” some exceedingly rare vintage promotional door panels used in the initial film campaign promoting “HELP’s” original release, and of course, the legendary “HELP” album cover itself, all while making the 4-print design and set very much his own.
It is an 18″ x 24″ 4-print set available in Regular (Ed of 200, $25) and Variant (Ed of 50, $350) editions. On sale Friday, May 23rd at a random time between 9:30am PDT and 11:30am PDT HERE.
