Spoke Art is proud to release two new screen prints by regular contributing artists Tracie Ching and Sam Smith. Commissioned by the historic Castro Theatre in San Francisco to promote a sanctioned screening of the Stanley Kubrick classic, “Dr. Strangelove”. Chuck Sperry & Sam Smith each made a poster for the classic movie “Vertigo” via Spoke Art for this weekends screening at the historic Castro Theatre. The Castro Theatre is celebrating their 90th Anniversary this month and to kick things off Spoke Art commissioned Chuck Sperry, Sam Smith and Adam Juresko for a massive five print suite! On Saturday and Sunday the theatre will be screening classics The Big Sleep, Gone with the Wind, and Citizen Kane.
They set aside an allocation for attendees at the theatre, but for out of town folks, all five prints are now available for purchase via the Spoke Art online store HERE.

On Saturday, May 12th, Spoke Art will once again be teaming up with the historic Castro Theatre, this time around to present a double feature of Wes Anderson films, ‘The Life Aquatic’ and ‘The Royal Tenenbaums’. For this fun screening, Sam Smith has created two brand new images (plus two variants!) exclusively for Spoke Art, both of which will be made available to attendees on Saturday and online on Monday, May 14th HERE.
